Duplicate this file, rename it, and replace the placeholder content below. This is the fastest way to publish a new static article.

1. Duplicate article-template.html
2. Rename to something like article11.html
3. Edit the title, meta description, image, category, and article body
4. Add a new card to articles.html
5. Optionally add it to index.html
